Returns and complaints


  1. The online shop https://lanellya.de accepts the return of purchased goods.
  2. The buyer has the right to return the goods without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
  3. The product received should be returned to the address of our store: La Nellya Fashion Mühlenweg 5, 58675 Hemer together with the return form (available for download below).
  4. The returned goods must not show any signs of use.
  5. Any returned product should be properly packaged and secured.
  6. The buyer bears the costs for returning the goods.
  7. Returns will be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

Exchange of goods

The exchange of the purchased product for another requires returning the product and placing a new order in accordance with the returns procedure mentioned above.

Complaint about the goods

If the product received from our store does not correspond to the order or has defects, you can complain about it.
